If, as a private individual, you wish to take out a subscription to a magazine from Louwers, the provision of personal data is a contractual obligation. Without providing the personal data, the subscription cannot be concluded and the magazine cannot be sent to you.

Why does Louwers process your personal data?
Louwers processes personal data for the following purposes:

- The formation of the agreement.

Newsletters
Louwers' various magazines each have their own website and newsletter system. Louwers regularly sends newsletters by e-mail. Newsletters are only sent to you if you have registered for them or if the newsletter relates to services/products that are equal or similar to the service/product you have already purchased from Louwers and you have not objected to your e-mail address being used to send newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can use the legally required unsubscribe link included in every newsletter from Louwers.
With whom does Louwers share your personal data?
Louwers may share your personal data with hired contractors, such as photographers and editors, who will then contact you on behalf of Louwers to perform various work for the relevant websites, newsletters and/or the aforementioned magazines.
