What you do in the Louwers Portaal
- Upload files. Place your online banners and print work directly in the Louwers Portaal, following the correct specifications. This prevents technical errors and material needing to be resubmitted.
- View deadlines. The Louwers Portaal shows when your material must be with us at the latest, so you can adjust your planning accordingly.
How to get access
- 1. Request login link. If you are a client, request a personal login link via the registration page.
- 2. Receive login details. Once your request is processed, you will receive the login details.
- 3. Log in and get started. After logging in you can start immediately. Need help? Contact us.
Publication and planning.
The publication dates for 2027 are in your title's media kit.
For an advertisement in the trade magazine, three to four weeks before publication is usually sufficient. For a company feature created by our editorial team, we allow six weeks.

Yes. Our studio designs advertisements, banners and mailings based on your house style and materials: studio@louwersmediagroep.nl.
Where can I find my campaign report?
Are we creating content for you? Then your campaign report is available on your own link. Request it from your project manager. This is how we measure it.
Planning something new?
We are more than a media company that sells advertisements. In addition to your advertisement, we create our unique trade content about your product, service or project, or thematically. Video and podcast always with full transcript, for maximum online impact. In your campaign report, you see what this content does in Google. Your contact person will think along with you.
